Gimle secret encryptor

Turns a Jamf Pro API client secret into a GIMLE-ENC:v1 value for the ClientSecret key of the Gimle profile. Encryption runs in this browser with WebCrypto; nothing is sent anywhere. Only Macs holding the organisation key can decrypt it.
