macMCP secret encryptor

Turns a secret (personal access token, API client secret, password) into a MACMCP-ENC:v1 value for a Connectors → Credentials field of the macMCP profile. Encryption runs in this browser with WebCrypto; nothing is sent anywhere. Only Macs holding the organisation key can decrypt it.
