Gjallarhorn is made by Marian Albers, Burscheid, Germany (address and contact in the Impressum).
Gjallarhorn is free of charge. You may download, install and use it, privately or in your organization, and deploy the unmodified package to the Macs you manage (for example through an MDM). The configuration profiles, scripts and examples that come with it may be adapted for your own deployment.
Gjallarhorn is not open-source software. All rights not granted here are reserved. The third-party components listed below remain under their own licenses, which take precedence for those components.
Gjallarhorn is a concept app, not a supported product. It may change or be withdrawn at any time, and there is no right to support or updates. Test it on a non-production Mac before you deploy it.
Because Gjallarhorn is provided free of charge, I am liable only for intent and gross negligence (§ 521 BGB), and for defects only if I fraudulently concealed them (§ 524 BGB). This does not limit liability for injury to life, body or health, or under the Produkthaftungsgesetz.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
Gjallarhorn includes no third-party libraries or models. It uses only Apple frameworks that are part of macOS.
